Why should you go for a $1,000 mattress? The average price paid for a new one was $1,200 last year. This means that most of us still do not get the best out of discount mattresses and do not save money in these harsh times.
Also, people do not exploit waterbed as they used too. The technology changed and waterbeds are more safer and comfortable then ever. And when you buy one, you will not see him change shape. This is a real investment and for under $1,000 you get a long term bed. Why aren't we using that? Be the one who does take advantage of this.
If you are not comfortable with water beds for some reason, get yourself a discount memory foam mattress - their price are also going down. But as a first aid kit, a mattress topper is a great solution. It definitely beats the price of any discount mattress you will be able to find.
